The 6th and 7th grade students of our school are currently in Salamanca, one of Spain's beautiful and historically significant cities, under the supervision of Teona Alkhazishvili, the Spanish language teacher at UG School.
Salamanca is renowned for its university ambiance and rigorous academic standards. Each morning, students participate in an intensive Spanish language course totaling 20 hours per week, led by specialized instructors dedicated to teaching Spanish to international students.
In the afternoons, students engage in diverse activities and excursions offered by the program. These include exploring Salamanca's rich historical and cultural landmarks such as its renowned university and the old and new cathedrals.
Beyond language acquisition, this experience in Spain fosters personal growth among students. Exposure to new environments and cultural diversity cultivates independence, adaptability, and interpersonal skills.
