On October 31, 2019, the Rector of the University of Georgia, Konstantine Topuria, and Manana Tevzadze, Head of British Programs at UG School attended a Georgian Studies Day in London.
For 32 years, the last day of October is Georgian Studies Day in London. At the initiative of the University of Westminster, and with the support of the Embassy of Georgia, this event was interestingly held this year as well. This year's theme was "Georgia as an educational hub of the region - current reality and future potential."
In his speech, the Rector of the University of Georgia spoke about the achievements and main challenges of university and school education in Georgia.
