On December 6-12, 2021, Computer Science Week was held. Within the framework of this activity, Georgia joined more than 180 countries of the world; 1.3 billion people and more than 30,000 schools.
One hour of code is held each year during Computer Science Education Week. Computer Science Education Week is held annually to celebrate the birthday of Admiral Gray Murray Hopper, a computer pioneer - December 9, 1906.
The name of the competition is "One Hour of Code". Under it, students were given different types of assignments for a week, which were performed remotely. Eager and successful students were identified in the competition.
Merab Samkharashvili, 6th grade student of our school and Giorgi Ninikashvili, 6th grade student, participated in the mentioned competition. They overcame several stages and became finalists.
