Department of Aesthetic and Physical Education

The Department of Aesthetic and Physical Education is guided by the regulations of the department of "UG School" Ltd., the internal regulations of the school and is based on the national curriculum. Department members are constantly collaborating with each other, effectively selecting textbooks and additional resources. Plan different types of events. The members of the department share the innovations of the modern world and introduce it in the school life as much as possible.

 The aim of the Aesthetic and Physical Education subject group is:

 • Develop students' practical skills in perceiving, evaluating and creating works of art;

 • Assist them in learning the universal language of art and utilizing it to understand national and world cultural values

 • Develop musical creative skills that will help the student to discover, self-express and develop themselves.

 • Involve the student in physical activities and in this way promote his / her physical development, make him / her realize the importance of a healthy lifestyle.

 The following compulsory and additional subjects are included in the subject group of Aesthetic Education: Fine and Applied Arts, Music, Sports, Chess, Performing Arts and Georgian Dance.

 Organized every year by the Department of Aesthetics and Physics, schoolchildren at all levels of education participate in the following activities:

 • Thematic and summarizing school exhibition

 • Integrated project

 • Chess school and class tournament

• School music event

  • Play

 • Sports in-school and off-road competitions

 • Outreach events (visit to the museum, introduction to cultural monuments, creative programs)

• Black light show
