1. Research and Continuous Information Update
• Collects and updates information about local and international universities, including:
– Admission requirements
– Tuition fees
– Language proficiency requirements (IELTS, TOEFL)
– Academic programs
– Internal and external scholarships/grants
• Tracks deadlines, registration schedules, changes, and new opportunities at target universities.
2. Student and Parent Consultations
• Conducts individual and group consultations with students and parents.
• Assists students in choosing academic paths and professions based on their strengths and academic interests.
• Provides recommendations regarding internal academic progress, subject selection, and evaluation processes.
3. Application Support and Documentation
• Guides students through all stages of the university application process, including:
– Application form completion
– Advising on motivation/cover letters
– Organizing and submitting recommendation letters
– Preparing documentation such as transcripts, reports, and certificates
• Connects students with relevant teachers for recommendation letters.
4. Participation in UG School Conferences and International Projects
• Identifies and evaluates opportunities for international conferences, academic competitions, exchange programs, and summer schools.
• Coordinates student participation, including:
– Registration
– Document preparation
– Communication support
– Preparing verification letters when necessary
• Collaborates with the UG Science Fund to support student-led educational and research projects.
5. Communication with Partners
• Cooperates with international universities, examination centers, and educational organizations based on the interests of UG School students.
• Participates in educational fairs and information days, offering students access to new academic opportunities.
6. Integration with Internal School Processes
• Monitors students’ academic progress via the electronic school system to plan appropriate application strategies.
• Works closely with:
– Homeroom teachers
– Subject teachers
– School psychologist
• Prepares annual reports, statistics, and data on students’ international admissions.
7. Support for Standardized Tests (IELTS/SAT/IGCSE/A Level when needed)
• Informs students about test formats, deadlines, and registration procedures.
• Assists with test selection, registration, and exam planning.
