UG School’s Scientific Milestone – The First Issue of the Journal “ChemField”!
Initiated by UG School’s Cambridge Programme chemistry teacher, Irma Karalashvili, together with her students, the scientific journal “ChemField” has been launched – the very first subject-based publication in the school’s history.
The journal brings together the scientific activities of UG School students and teachers, highlights their achievements in international projects, and showcases innovative research. Its mission is to bring students closer to the natural sciences, inspire curiosity in STEM fields, and present new discoveries.
Entirely created by students, “ChemField” reflects their vision, enthusiasm, and passion for science, capturing both the power of knowledge and the magic of discovery.
“Our school has never had a publication of this kind; this will be the first scientific journal in our history. I sincerely hope that this project will continue to grow, be published annually, and eventually become a permanent scientific edition. The journal will reflect all the projects and achievements of our school in the scientific field and will be passed on to future generations to spark their interest in science—and perhaps inspire them to discover their own place in it.”
— Tina Topuria, Principal of UG School
